And do they not see that We do drive Rain to parched soil (bare of herbage), and produce therewith crops, providing food for their cattle and themselves? Have they not the vision?[Qur'an 32:27]
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As(RA): When the Apostle of Allah (PBUH) prayed for rain, he said: O Allah! Provide water for Thy servants and Thy cattle, display Thy mercy and give life to Thy dead land.
